Contributing financially to the group is a boost to our community and we thank you for it. Our modest coffers pay for our website and Meetup fees, as well as other minor expenses of keeping the club afloat such as dinners for our featured speakers and food at our twice-yearly social events.
As a thank you for your support, let us support you back by offering a place to announce your role as a writer with a little real estate on our website. Your membership dues afford you the opportunity to have your photo and a 100 – 150 word bio on our Members Page. Send your photo and bio to [email protected], and we'll post it on the BVWG website (www.bvwg.org). There, your colleagues, agents, editors and other literary professionals will see your commitment to writing.
In addition to your listing on bvwg.org, you’ll also enjoy priority selection status on our Reading Nights and Critique Workshops. We also host a Summer Social and Winter Social where snacks are provided by the club.
