“How to Write a Movie Review” by well-known radio host Steve “Mr. Movie” Friedman. Mr. Friedman will also answer questions on movies and the film industry.
Steve Friedman was dubbed “Mr. Movie” by Philadelphia TV host Wally Kennedy for his encyclopedic knowledge of movie history. Mr. Friedman worked on-air for nine years as an entertainment reporter for WCAU-NBC TV. He has written hundreds of movie reviews, and teaches about cinema at Temple and Princeton Universities. He is currently the host of a Saturday-night call-in show about movies on The Big Talker 1210 AM. This show is heard in 38 states and Canada.
Famed movie critic Roger Ebert called Steve Friedman “the most knowledgeable movie critic in the business.”
The event is free of charge. In addition, a free booklet titled “Get Published” will be given to everyone who attends (while supplies last). The booklets were provided by The Writer Magazine.
